Mac Encoding Issue

Yep, I get this same error trying to install the demo client on my Mac. It will not install.

So, I'm looking at those screenshots, and it seems like the .pkg file is being opened by the Unarchiver app rather than the OSX installer, which is what needs to be installing the program.

Are you able to right click the package and select Open With > Installer and see if that works for you?

Otherwise I'm not sure why Unarchiver would be a part of it as that's a 3rd party app.
