Newbie question on Character Sheet modification

Is it feasible, or even possible, to add a tab to the character sheet?

There have been several community developers that have added a tab; but it requires writing an extension that modifies the interface code to add the tab, defines what it contains, and how it interacts with the other parts of the ruleset.
