I am currently playing a Mark of the Maker Artificer, which means that I add a d4 to tools checks. Therefore, I have my tools setup up as my weapons (thematic) with the damage as my correct skill check. The wierd thing is that if I and any of those rolls to the hotbar, I have issues. If I click the hotbar, it rolls 2d20s and 2d4s instead of 1d20 and 1d4. But if I drag it off the bar it rolls 3d20 and 3d4. I am baffled. Any ideas?

I don’t know, but why don’t you just add an effect in the actions tab of SKILL: 1d4 and apply it before you roll a skill check.

Had the same issue today play testing with a friend. Playing 5e he put his attack roll in the hotbar and it would roll 2d20s for every attack. I tried the same thing as the GM for a PC and the same thing happened, anything copied to the hotbar would roll two dice.

Thanks for reporting. We are already tracking this as FGU-672.

For now, you won't be able to use the hot key bars for dice rolls, until this one is fixed.
