Cloud works, Local host is not found

I'm running windows 10 and have port forwarding active. I use Classic on the same PC and have no issues. I have used IP address and the lobby, both fail. Is local host just not working yet?

Have you tried "localhost" instead of an IP address?

I figured it out. I just had to let it through the firewall..
