Incorrect Scrolling (PF2 NPC Sheet specifically)

1. Create new, empty NPC.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the sheet.
3. Click on the 'Rituals' field.

Expected: Focus set to Rituals control.
Actual: Sheet scrolls back to the top, although focus is set to the control. Scrolling down and typing in the control causes the sheet to again scroll back up to the top.

I do not see this behavior when running the PF2 ruleset in FG classic.
