Does anything need to be done differently to activate it? I downloaded a new copy and added it to the folder and marked it on the campaign page but do not see any additional modules.

It isn't working for me now,
I have it loaded and it won't see a PF1 module in PF2.
PF2e ruleset, latest update. attempting to load PF1 module Rise of the Runelords.
I have a custom Decals ext loaded,
