View Full Version : LoS can still see NPC on other side. Why?

Just started testing the LoS. I've got 3 rooms setup.
Room A has a PC, B has a goblin and C is empty.
I have a door from room A to B, the door is closed and LoS is turned on.
The walls of all three rooms match the corners of each door so there is no gaps.
The PC can't see the room (grayed out) but can see the NPC and if I move it (NPC) the players can still see him moving, even through many walls unless I move the NPC to a room where the mask is still hiding the area.

What am I doing wrong?

Check in the radial menu to see that the NPC has mask-sensitive visibility.

Can you post a screenshot?

Also, can any friendly tokens see it?

Yes it's set.

Also if I move the goblin into a masked area the PC's no longer see him.

Here are the images. One from the LoS setup, One from play and one from the PC's screen.

Also all PC's can see the goblin unless it is moved to a masked area.

Did you add the goblin token from the combat tracker?

Can you verify that you still see the issue with the latest update pushed today?
If so, can you please zip up the campaign folder and share via DropBox or Google Drive?

Thanks,

Still having the same problem even after the update.
As soon as I set the npc to visible it shows on the map even through 2 walls.

@Shogar,

Can you send us a copy on the campaign folder zipped up to [email protected]? We haven't been able to recreate internally, so having an example will help us.

Thanks,
