I can't Log In into my account.

I've been having problems with the Log In in the Fantasy Grounds Unity program. I can't Log in and I'm using the same name and password as the forum.

Verify that you entered your FG Unity license key and not your FG Classic license key. They are two different licenses. You can find your licence keys by going to the Store -->Order History

Im using the unity license key. The key is ok, the problem is with the account

Double check that the username and password are correct. There are no reported instances of this being a problem. If that still doesn't work you probably want to reset your password.

I already checked 7 times and reset the pasword and couldnt log in

I suspect it may be your special character in your username. Not sure how to test or verify that.

There was something else like that early on, don't remember what came of it.
