I've noticed that some of the magic Items are missing from the Module I purchased.

Belashyrra's Beholder Crown

Finder's Goggles

maybe I'm doing something wrong but I've loaded each of the books/modules that came with my purchase and I cannot seem to find them.

You are correct. Although they are listed in the reference section they are missing from the list of magic items. I will add to my list. Thanks for reporting.

They are listed in the Magic Item Templates. This doesn't help me because I don't know how to use templates or the forge.

Welcome to the forums :)

Until the corrections can be made to the product, you can use the forge in the meantime. See either;

Templates and the forge are really easy to use. You drag the template you want onto the forge, and you drag a mundane version of the item on the other side. then click forge item. it will create a new version of the item with the base properties of the mundane item and the additional properties of the template. So for example, if you have a plain shortsword, and a template "Weapon of Wounding" it will create a Shortsword of Wounding for you with all the properties.

The only problem is with the new items they don't have base versions and it's guess work to figure out if one exists or you make one, and if you make it what to classify.

You can always edit the ones made from the forge, or you can make them from scratch and not use the forge (just use the text from the reference manual). And you should know which ones you made as you can place them in a unique group so you don't have that problem.

I have corrected this and the revised module will be on tomorrow’s update.
