Hi, I own Ultimate License for FG. If I buy this supplement now will I be able to transfer it to the new FG Unity, or I will have to buy it again?

Also, is there any benefit for those that purchased the Wayfinder's Guide before?
I remember there was a discussion going on and I don't know where it ended.

Yes, all DLC that you buy now will work in Unity.

I can't really answer your second question because I haven't compared the two products, but RftLW is a hefty volume and I believe expands a good deal on what was there before.

There is no discount on Rising for those that bought Wayfarers. That is a WotC decision. Though I believe recent Erratta was published for Wayfarer's that updates what is their to match the rules in Rising, but I'm not 100% on that.
