I was charged twice this month for the monthly fee. Who do I contact to get the payments corrected?

I’d start with PayPal, and if that doesn’t work then email
[email protected].

More than likely, you ended up setting up two subscriptions. A message to
[email protected] with the details will let us look up, and get you squared away. Make sure to provide the email address you use for PayPal.
