3.5 Bestiary in d20 Modern?

I would like to copy the 3.5 bestiary into my d20 Modern module. It seems like it should be a simple thing to do, but I'm not all that smart. =( I could create custom NPCs as I need them, but is there a way to simply copy the 3.5 bestiary module into my d20 Modern campaign?

You will more than likely get the odd error opening creatures as it's unlikely to have a 100% data fields match across both rulesets.
