Upgrading FG license from the regular to Ultimate, question!

I currently own the Regular license of Fantasy Grounds but I am looking to upgrade to the Ultimate license because I am looking to GM for my Son and his friends. My question to Fantasy Grounds Devs, Owner or whom ever can tell me. If I pay for the Ultimate version of Fantasy Grounds do I have to pay the full price of 149 dollars or is there some compensation for having paid the regular price of the FG license. Just looking to understand how this will be handled so I can budget accordingly.
