What is the use of removing or adding from the party when I right-click a token included in the map?

What is the use of removing or adding from the party when I right-click a token included in the map?

I'm not seeing that option in 5e. For what ruleset is this for?

I am not sure about non-friendly units but with that you can decide whether players, who do not control this (friendly) token, can see the vision of that token by clicking on it :)

Yes, public/party vision is the ability to specify whether a token grants vision to player clients when it is selected. By default, this is off when adding tokens. The CoreRPG ruleset automatically sets this to true for friendly tokens added from the CT.

The option button for this seems to do nothing, on or off players get party vision if they click off their character.

I get same result whether party vision on or off See image.
