Updater always wants to update one particular DLC file

Since today's update where a bunch more DLC was added, every time I run the updater it re-downloads DWTP1FG. It seems to succeed normally every time, but if I re-run the updater afterwards, it downloads that single DLC all over again. All other previously and newly added DLC files are checked and not re-downloaded, as is expected. I've tried 4 or 5 times now and the same thing happens each time.
