Issue Report - Min/Maxrelese tags

FGU does not seem to be acknowledging the nimrelease and maxrelease tags in extensions - or at least, when combined with the Extension.getExtensionInfo(name) function, it returns "0"s for those two values instead of their values as defined in the extension.

Nor the loadorder tag.

Extension load order appears to not be implemented yet. I've filed as FGU-677.

The minrelease/maxrelease tags have been deprecated, since only a handful of extensions actually used them and they created a lot of complexity in the launcher UI. (For the record, you were the most active user.) Instead, I recommend outputting the version to the chat window to start with; and maybe your own tracking on tabletop launch.
