5e map problem

[Intruder]

Tokens that are dropped on a map from the CT are not where I drop them, and are not interactable.
cant select or move them.

With mask enabled, trying to select an area to reveal, reveals a different area.

Can not drop attacks, effects on tokens from CT.

Can you recreate every time?
Can you provide the steps to recreate in a new campaign?
Are you running any extensions?
