Item Forge Errors

The item forge does not seem to work properly.

- item templates do not get created in a group if that group is selected, instead everything seems to just go to New. this also happens when an item (or a template) is copied within a group, it goes to New and not the selected group
- item forge does not transfer all of the properties, in particular the notes and damage.

Can someone attempt the usage of the item forge for me and see if this is still working as intended on their end? My testing proved to be working as intended and just want to verify it's functionality on other machines.
