If rolling large quantities of dice (eg, ~150+ dice), seems to cause a graphical glitch on other screens. This seems to apply to both Hosts & players, for throwing & viewing. Some minor testing between myself and another user, we determined there seems to be a correlation between the dice thrown & the result loading on chat. Longer delays result in the dice becoming "stuck". To resolve the "stuck" dice, progressively smaller dice pools need to be thrown to help "reset" the graphical dice.
While I don't see it typically being a major issue, I know my players like to throw massive amounts of dice in an attempt to "reset" their dice in case of bad rolls (entirely a player superstition)
