Scroll all the way to the bottom and if it says, "Could not parse manifest: Could not connect to the database" or something similar go ahead and restart the update. The database and servers are getting properly stress tested. If it doesn't say anything like that or anything that seems like an error give it a few minutes, then check the log again. The log does not auto-update, so you have to re-open it to get new information.

I encountered this issue and my solution was to choose new directories to install the Unity version into. (I already had FG Classic installed in the default directories).
