Think of this as a C&C version of the old AD&D Rogue's Gallery book. Apparently there will be different levels of details given for the NPCs from simple stat blocks to fully fleshed out at a variety of levels.
Probably useful for a busy CK fighting to maintain a gaming schedule alongside all the hustle and bustle that life throws at us these days.
