How would one incorporate scaling inside the token box? Also, is there a way to scale the tokens individually in an image window?

All the scaling I've done has be to make the token size relative to each other. So my Med sized tokens are 50x50 and Large are 100x100. There is no way to set token size once its in the token box other then changing the token outside of FG (and you can't do this 'on the fly' and have FG see the change).

Tokens placed onto an image are sized relative to each other.

Actually the size of your "medium" tokens has a rather large impact on the size of your maps so you might want to understand the tradeoffs. Smaller tokens mean you can have a map that is "smaller" pixel wise than a map with the same number of squares for larger "medium" sized tokens. Thus you get a faster transfer time on the maps. Of course smaller medium sized tokens aren't as "pretty", but they also allow you to place large, hugh and gigantic size tokens without them taking up half the map.
