my ultimate license is not upgrading from 3.3.7 to 3.3.8 and I heard you have a fix for that can you direct me to it?

Can you tell us what behavior you are seeing? From your brief description, their are several possibilities... What does your update.log file show? Are you getting errors?

Are you on Windows or Mac or Linux? Have you verified that you only have one installation of FG on your computer (i.e. via a search for fantasygrounds.exe)?
