Lost Key

Greetings,

Long story short, I got a new laptop as my old one is well on its way to Valhalla having had an honorable death.

Getting ready for my game this afternoon it is telling me I need my license key. It was gifted to me long ago with no records we are aware of that might contain this information. What would be the best way for me to retrieve my key to play using my new equipment?

How was it gifted?

If via Steam you can get the key by clicking on the CD key entry in the right hand Steam menu. Gifting via the store is fairly recent but if it was via the store you should find the key in the store dropdown then select purchase history and click the date.

Otherwise if neither of these work for you send an email to [email protected] with as much detail as possible to see if they can help.
