I have a base model surface go with 4gb of ram and 64gb storage and I recently started dual booting Manjaro on it.
Today I decided to install Fantasy grounds on it to test how it runs on Linux since running it in windows was absolutely painful with my resources constantly maxed out.
I found that all my performance was perfect and was getting 60fps dice rolls and scrolling super easily through reference manuals.
I realized though that I never enabled the Linux compatibility button in the installer and when I went back the check the box and opened the campaign again everything started running much slower.
So I have to ask is the Linux and mac compatibility switch even necessary anymore?
