Does access to the library reset upon opening it back up? I set up what I want my players to have access too. I then asked him to take screen shot of his desktop and send it too me. He had every button avail in the screenshot. Are they there but empty? Is there a way to set up the libraries the way I want and have it save that option?

Cheers

Welcome to the FG forums.

The buttons viewed down the right side of the desktop (set at the top of the library window) is per individual - the GM setting it up is just for the GM. Each player needs to set it up how they want.

The only way to save a specific option is to write an extension that changes the default buttons available when a specific button at the top of the library window is pressed (e.g. the "Play" button). But this doesn't force the players to use it - they can always change which buttons they see.

Do note that the players will only see what you share with them. So for example if you share the players handbook then they will be able to see classes, races, backgrounds etc and be able to click those buttons to see the content. Your players will not see what you don't share. So, for example, if you have an adventure open in your campaign you will see encounters, stories, quests etc. However although your players have the button for these things there will be nothing for them to see when they click the button and open the list. If you share an image, such as a map or a monster portrait, during a play session then your players will be able to see those images by opening up the images list from the button.
