Hey all! It's certainly been a while...so long in fact that I can no longer find my license keys from prior to 2010 (way back in time to the original FG).
Anyhow, just wondering what the support for the Narrative Dice system is like here? I'd been looking at Roll20, but I'm not crazy about how Genesys works there.
Looking forward to making my way potentially back into the fold :)
Cheers all!

Go to the store page and click on the store drop down at the top right and then on purchase history. Click on the date of purchase to find your key.

If I'd purchased it from the store...and I've tried all the normal routes. Licence was bought way back in at least 2009 I think, and I don't have access to the email account from that time (though now found what said address could have been)...

Now dang that's a face from the past :D
Don't know about Shaintar. I am working on stuff for Genesys now mostly though (hence the inquiry)...could maybe run some Savage Worlds though, but not played with the new rules as yet. Savage Worlds brings back many many fond memories of working on those ruleset conversions back in the day :)

Email to
[email protected] with as much info as you can put together...
Welcome back. Have a look at the Star Wars Edge of the Empire ruleset and the Genesys extension for it.

Cheers damned - sadly tried that and they couldn't help. It was from way before the current team took over the system.

See if you purchased it from drivethrurpg, if you can access that account. It's where I got my original license from, and it was a popular option back then.

It's a longshot, but you can try reaching out to one of the Villes or Tero, the original devs and see if they kept the records. They've been absent from teh forums for a bit, I think, but perhaps you can figure out something on social media?

Those guys haven't responded since 2011, and they didn't have any other records.
You can reach out to
[email protected] to look up old third party orders (such as DriveThruRPG). You'll probably need the original email address you used to locate; or an email with the order ID from DriveThruRPG.
If it was a physical purchase (such as Gencon disk, i.e. sold prior to Doug and I taking over), we don't have any way to look those up.

Cheers - we'll try it again. I can't access the email (it's been so long since i used it, I remember NONE of the details on the account...two divorces and a move across the pond does that I guess :) )
Thanks all - hopefully I get this sorted out...I do miss FG :)

I have physical copies of my license keys, I feel your pain. I copied them into a message to Doug here on the forums so I could never lose them (unless the forums blow up).

If all else falls through I would not mind putting a few dollars into a Jurassic Park fund for resurrecting Dinos.

Hehe - it almost feels like I never left ;)
I'll be doing more things offline for a bit, but I think I can get what I need sorted once I'm back from my X Wing duties in Poland next week :)
