Cancel subscription problems

hi,
I was trying to deactivate the subscription by accessing the PayPal account as described in the FaQ but there is no active subscription with your company. I have only one PayPal account so it is impossible for it to be on another account.

Can anyone help me?

hey mate - send an email to [email protected] with as much infrmation as you can - email addresses, keys etc and they will sort you out.
