Hi All,

So I just picked up Fantasy Grounds and I wanted to get the 3 core DnD 5E books.

Is it better to get from Steam or the Store page here or does it not really matter? I would like to get all my stuff from the same store moving forward if I can, assuming they have the same sales and such!

Thanks.

Matters from financial perspective:
If you buy from the FG Store, SW gets the full support from your purchase.
If you buy from Steam, you not only have to sync accounts, but Valve gets a cut from the pie. Also if your country’s Steam store is crap and does not properly convert the currency, The FG store is better price wise (plus SW get the full share).
When Sales happen, they run on both platforms.

I live in the US, so makes no difference to me. Sounds like I will buy from the FG Store so they get all the monies from my purchase.

Thanks!

FG store as mentioned gives Smiteworks (and any contracted DLC producers) the biggest impact from your spending because Steam doesn't skim 30% off the top.
