My upcoming campaign is going to implement the vitality & wound point system from Unearthed Arcana, as well as 'armor as DR' (where half of your armor value acts as DR). To facilitate these modifications, I altered disco54's awesome d20_advanced character sheet and the original combat tracker. As you can see from the image linked below, the combat tracker includes:
name, initiative, AC, DR, max VP, current VP, max WP, current WP and a condition with duration
(if a character has more than one condition/effect, I can always make another item in the list, make sure the initative matches and then 'sort' -- this will place the second, mostly empty line right beneath the character's main entry)
I'm guessing that with such info in the combat tracker, I won't even need to have the characters' mini sheets open, thereby greatly reducing clutter. What do you think? Any additional suggestions? (I'm considering inserting another field for 'temporary VP' but it may not be necessary.)
