I have a Ubee DDW365 modem. DHCP is enabled and I have a valid IP address, I am plugged in via copper to switchport on the modem.

I have UPnP enabled.
I have port forwarding configured and the rule is enabled.

I don't know what else to do to allow traffic on port 1802 to my PC

These are mutually exclusive; you should use one or the other.

And try leaving your "external IP" blank if it will let you.

I unchecked UPnP and left the external IP blank and was successful. Thanks for the help!
