in anyone of the settings, hosting, or just on a lan.. can you have mulipule players up? or do you have to always switch back and forth?

The assumption with this software is that each player will control one character.

There have been workarounds here and there, but I think they involve having multiple copies of the software in different directories (with different keys).

If you are looking to play more then one character with one client (one person running two or more characters) then we are hoping that will be a feature of the much awaited 2.0 version.
