Where do we ask forum-related questions?

I didn't see a good location for asking things about the forum itself, so I'm hoping that at least getting it in the General area is close enough. How do I add a picture to my profile? I don't seem to have any "Edit Avatar" or "Edit Profile Picture" buttons, and when I click on the blank avatar head, it goes nowhere. I could have SWORN that I actually had an avatar, at one point, based off the video game I was creating, but I just noticed today that it's blank.

Ugh! Thanks, lol. I was looking under "My Profile" and not "Profile". I wonder why they have two things basically called the same thing? Thanks a lot. :)
