I sent a message to [email protected] and had the email bounce. The email was sent from the link on the home page Help menu. To what address should I sent a request for help with my account?

What is the actual bounce message?
Typically this happens if google think your address or your mail server is spammy.
Try emailing dmiddleton@ instead
