Face superimposing recommendations?

Anyone have any recommendations on websites that can place facial pictures onto fantasy artwork? I don't even know if i'm wording that this right. I have a friend who wants her face placed onto something resembling a paladin.

You might be able to do it with a bit of playing around in photoshop, but I don't know of any websites that will do it.
