Looking for Stretching Desktop

Has FG gotten to a place where it is possible to stretch a single background image so that it covers all of the desktop no matter the monitor size of the user?

Nope. FG doesn't "stretch" a desktop background at present. It presents the image pixel-for-pixel.

It's possible to "simulate" the behavior if there are portions of the background that can be safely repeated, but a full-screen, edge-to-edge picture wouldn't work.
