Missing 5e Monster Manual portraits?

In the monster manual, some of the more minor monsters don't have a picture.

A black bear, for instance, has a token that is just the letter 'B'.

Anybody know how I can replace this generic letter with a better picture? Would I have to replace the image in the module itself? How do I go about this?

Welcome to the FG forums.

You can either create a copy of the original creature in your campaign (drag/drop the NPC link in the campaign data window to create a copy), or you can assign the token to the creature once it is in the combat tracker, before you drag that token to the battle map.

So the monster "data" and tokens are seperate. I'm really new here.
