Mythic or Gestalt Characters

Just out of curiosity... If I create a mythic character, where would I keep track of which tier the character is supposed to be on? Would I simply add the abilities and feats from the abilities tab of the library?

Also, how is gestalting done here?

you can make mythic as an ability you add when you reach a tier, put it in the special abilities, now the way i do gestalt in my game is i ask my players before the first session to state the 2 classes there going to be using for gestalt and i make the class as if it was one class, it works unless there going to be multi classing every few levels then i cant help you lol, just gets to complicated then, it can still work just try to figure out what would be there 20th level build and make a class based on that with all the class abilities
