If i back the FGU Kickstarter with an Ultimate, will I get a normal client license?

So new guy here, looking to buy into the FG system.

I really want to back the Unity Kickstarter, but I wanted to ask if I back to get an Ultimate License, do I then get a license to work with the current client now? Or would I then have to wait until the Unity Client is released, to get a license?

Welcome to the FG forums.

All of the pledges for the Fantasy Grounds Unity Kickstarter are upgrades from FG Classic or a new FGU license. No pledge gives you a FG Classic license.

You can buy a FG Classic license from the store now and pledge for the corresponding "Rookie" upgrade in the Kickstarter.
