Hi everybody !

I know that many information is at hand in order to develop things, but unfortunately for me everything is very verbose, and I'm more the "graphical" kind of guy. It is very hard for me to understand all of this. So, here is my question : is there a Class diagram available somewhere ? Has someone among the team or the "power users" drawn one ? I don't mean a full FG class diagram, of course, but perhaps the CoreRPG class diagram ? It would be very useful to me to understand things.

If not, I'll try to make one by myself, but it will be like a child delivery to me : long, bloody and painful.

Thanks for answering !

I don't understand what you mean by a class diagram. And for what ruleset are you looking for such a diagram?

Something like this :

And like I said, the CoreRPG Class diagram would be perfect.

I don't think anything like that exists and I'm not entirely sure that you could really create such a diagram for class creation. The character sheet on the wiki (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/CoreRPG_Character_Sheet) does an excellent job of walking you through the process of creating a character sheet. I'm not terribly familiar with CoreRPG but there's likely to be more assets and help in the CoreRPG forum (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?66-CoreRPG-(Generic-Ruleset)-And-Other-Game-Systems). You may also hop along to FGCollege (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?40020-Join-Fantasy-Grounds-College-Learn-Fantasy-Grounds-learn-D-amp-D-and-then-play!) on Discord although I'm not sure how many people there know the ruleset that well either.

I guess he means a "class" in computer programming :) That is something different, see e.g. here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Class_(computer_programming) :)

I am not aware of such a diagram for the programming in FG, lochost :) sorry

Yes, I was talking about "computer programming" class diagram. I should have been more precise, nothing in common with any "D&D class" ;)

Anyway, thanks to both of you for the answers.

I guess I gonna have to figure it by myself.

I wish much success for that :) (I prefer saying that rather than "good luck" :D)
