Black map screen when sharing image with player

When I share an image it comes up black on my player's connection.
I can copy the image share it again and it works, but I lose all my link pins. Annoying.

I've tried a local connection and it's the same there.

Any idea what causes this?

did you edit the pic at any point after loading it into FG?
flush cache on players side.
