Fantasy grounds crashes

Hello All

Every time i log in to fantasy grounds i get a data error in loading my campaign and i loss all data. It says that it is backed up but every time i try what the forums say. It doesn't work. I am getting frustrated why it keeps crashing when i load a campaign. I have completely removed fantasy grounds from computer and reinstalled with no luck . Looking for assistance

Need more details like ruleset being used, copy of the actual error message, and possibly a copy of the bad db file.

Does it do this when you start a new campaign?

If you’re getting message that Fantasy Grounds didn’t save data correctly when you start a previously used camapaign, then that means that FG didn’t exit cleanly last time.

What operating system are you on? How are you exiting Fantasy Grounds?
