how can I add this theme to my game? Dropping it into the extensions folder doesn't seem to work?

You have to enable it from the extension list before you start the campaign.

Problem is it doesn't show up there. As you can see in the screenshots.

You have a 5E campaign selected. This is a PF theme (extension) so it won't show up for 5E campaigns, only PF campaigns.

Maybe because this theme is for pathfinder and not for 5E :D

I have added 5E in the theme :)

I started to test and there's just an icon that's not in the theme.
