Starfinder Ruleset
[Updated] SFRPG ruleset is now a built-in ruleset where you can add your own data.
[Updated] The SFRPG ruleset is now in the rulesets folder for developers who would like to work with the code.
[Updated] Starfinder Core Rules modules are separately available for purchase
Can someone explain what this means and does? I am not seeing a change

It means that the ruleset is now available in the rulesets folder in the same way as the CoreRPG and 5e rulesets for example. That means that you can open up the ruleset and make changes to it it you want.
You won't see any change if you start a campaign and select the SFRPG ruleset from what you saw before.

Previously the SFRPG ruleset was only available for purchase and was encrypted, so it was very hard for community developers to make extensions, etc.. You won't see any specific change within FG after updating, but under the hood this is a great update for the community and those wanting to try SFRPG without purchasing the core rulebook.
