Combat Tracker questions

So been reading and watching videos on using fantasy grounds and ran into something i cant seem to really find any information on. When ever i toll initiative for my monsters they all have the same number, im asuming that it is just rolling 1d20 and taking the results for all the monsters. Is there a way to roll initiative for monsters that come up with different results.
