AdventuresomeDreams.com and .xml NPC Creator

I'm new here and I was seeing evidence of a .xml NPC Creator that creates the xml for NPCs. I try going to this adventuresome dreams site and its just one of those search engine things. Whats up with that? Does anyone know where to find this NPC Creator?

The Adventuresomedreams.com website died, and we took over at FUM. I checked we do not seem to have that script (all the community created downloads are here: https://www.fouruglymonsters.com/downloads_community.htm)
If anyone has this script floating around, or if the creator can be found, we would gladly host this over at our site.
