Custom Decal 3.3.7

I've been using a custom decal for a while with no issues. After a few months break, I've come back and the decal doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure if something has changed in a recent update that would make it not work. I've been using the Mask_of_Winter custom decal. The option to use the extension has disappeared from the load screen, and only the default SW decal shows up in the options.

Where is that extension.xml file located?

In a *.EXT archive in the extensions folder. As I mentioned it was working before, and other extensions are working fine from that location.
