Issue with Armor

Good day!

I'm working with a PC who is equipped with body armor with a protection of 9. However, when he's fired upon (using combat tracker) by NPCs, the 9 armor does not seem to be accounted for.

Am I missing something (likely..not enough coffee).

Just verified that it doesn't appear to protect NPCs as well when fired on by PCs

Thanks for letting me know. 1.0.9 contains a much better Armour Resistance system, please try and give it a test.
