Looking for Bard College of the Falling Star

I hope this is in the right section.

I know there is a mod or ext for the bard colleges that include College of the falling star.
I just do not remember where it was or if I had to pay for it.

Does anyone know of where I can find it?

Whre is/was College of the Falling Star published?

The only place I could find it was on the D&D Wiki and listed as homebrew. So since a search doesn't find it here or on the DMsGuild, I would be surprised if there is an FG mod for it :(

Maybe someone else will come along and be familiar with it.

Thank you. I know it exsists because I had it before, but I had to wipe my system and of course I did not back it up.
