Anyone on these Boards a professional fiction author? Anyone actually had something published - short story, novel. etc? And not just Fantasy/SF, but any type of fiction?

(And no, I'm not including RPG Adventure Authors in this group - sorry.)

I know we "all" think we're writers (of character backgrounds, adventures, etc) and we've "all" got a novel in the works, but I was wondering if anyone here actually was a published author.

If you are, could I ask you some questions regarding your gaming and how it influences your fiction, and vice-versa - I've got an idea from some research and I want to "flesh it out" some, but I need some data. Feel free to PM or even email me if you'd prefer to remain "anonymous" (are you lurking on these Boards, George R. R. Martin? :) ) otherwise please, post a reply here.

Cheers

Yes, I'd read that - thanks for posting it (& reminding me of it). :)

Sorry, I am a professional writer (freelance only these days, was my main income for over a decade) but non-fiction only. Textbooks, training videos, gaming content (one D&D Insider article for 4e, Twin Galaxies video game site, bunch of d20 stuff from the 3e days, etc), business writing, website, magazines, newspapers, and poetry only.
